Quiet apartment building with a garden and a sea view
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Sukosan near Zadar.
It offers three fully-furnished apartments to let, with a terrace or a balcony. The apartments have air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. You can relax together in the garden with a grill for the use of all guests. Plenty of parking spaces are available. The owners live on the first floor of the house.
On the other side of the road there is a football ground that you can use. It is just 500 metres to the nearest beach. There are shops and restaurants the same distance away and it is 800 metres into the centre. Zadar airport is 8km away.
This apartment is on the ground floor and can accommodate up to seven people. It has three bedrooms each with a double bed and one also has an additional single bed. The air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen has a TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a gas stove, oven, fridge-freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet.
