We have 2 flats which both have a very nice kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and toilet and hairdryer, cosy seating area, own dining area, satellite TV, radio and much more. The kitchens are fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, 4 ring hob, oven, fridge and freezer, coffee machine, kettle, complete crockery and cutlery, etc.

In Niederthai you can go skiing, cross-country skiing, sledding, hiking, climbing and mountain biking to recover from the stress of everyday life, just to name a few examples for your wonderful holiday. since 2011 we have a spa centre in the immediate vicinity in Umhausen, which has a special healing effect with the radon-containing water. The Aqua Dome is a thermal spa in the immediate vicinity in Längenfeld (sulphurous water). The Ötzi village in Umhausen can be easily reached from Niederthai via the highest waterfall (150 metres) in Tyrol, the Stuibenfall, or you can simply travel by bus or car. Numerous huts and mountain pastures invite every guest to enjoy a cosy get-together with a hearty snack and drinks after an extensive hike. Niederthai is an allergy-free zone. In the evenings too, a wide variety of restaurants cater for your physical well-being. The marvellous mountain panorama will inspire you and make your heart beat faster. For the more experienced among the holidaymakers, Sölden, Obergurgl, Hochgurgl, Ötz and Kühtai are on the programme. Ski school with ski hire, toboggan hire and much more is a matter of course in Niederthai.ski: Small but nice - that's the motto in the Niederthai ski area. With 3 T-bar lifts and a practice lift for beginners, it offers ideal conditions for beginners and families. The lifts and pistes start right on the doorstep. Children and beginners can let off steam in the practice area and learn to ski or snowboard in a fun way. Niederthai guarantees snow from December onwards. All major ski centres in the Ötztal - Ötz-Hochötz, Sölden, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl - can be reached within ¾ hour - the ski bus stops right outside the house. 18km of perfectly groomed cross-country ski trails, which have been awarded the Tyrolean cross-country ski trail seal of approval.
