The residential house is in a top location right by the sea, in a peaceful little bay on the island of Pašman, backing onto a pine forest.
The house offers four fully-furnished apartments with a balcony and a guest room. The terrace with a roofed outdoor kitchen is ideal for grilling, preparing meals or relaxing and is for the use of all guests. Parking spaces are available.
It is a ten-metre walk to the beach. The centre is only 500 metres away, a ten-minute walk, with various cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and tennis courts.
This air-conditioned apartment is on the first floor and can accommodate up to three people. The living and sleeping room has a double bed and a single sofa bed, as well as a wardrobe and bedside tables,. The kitchen unit is fully equipped with a two electric cook tops and a fridge with freezing compartment. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet. Guests can enjoy themselves in a large summer kitchen traditionaly decorated, with everything they need to prepare meals (grill, stove). The bay offers all types of beaches.
