The flat is very centrally located, only 5 min. walk to the Weser and another 5 min. over the pedestrian bridge with a beautiful view of the old town to the market square. Non-smoking holiday flat with sunny south-facing balcony in a central location with parking and WLAN. The flat is located near the railway station and airport in the Old New Town, on the corner of Neuer Markt and Kleiner Roland, in an absolutely quiet location. It is a beautiful, modern and sunny one-room flat with approx. 40 square metres for one to two people, in exceptional cases also three. The living room has a fold-away bed and a pull-out double sofa bed (or a guest bed if required), elegant high-gloss furniture and an 82 cm flat-screen TV. In the separate kitchen with fridge, cooker with four hobs (ceramic hob), extractor bonnet, dishwasher, table with two chairs, coffee and capsule machine, toaster, egg boiler and kettle, you will find everything you need for cooking. There is also a bathroom with bathtub and integrated shower. There is also a south-facing balcony for smokers and non-smokers to relax on. A free, covered car parking space is also available. The flat is only a five-minute walk from the Weser, and from there it is only another five minutes across the pedestrian bridge to the city centre.
The flat is exclusively furnished to a high standard with a comfortable sofa bed for 1-2 people + foldaway bed, flat screen TV, real wood parquet flooring in the living room/bedroom, modern furniture, a separate, fully equipped kitchen, chandeliers in the living room, hallway and bathroom, etc. - You will feel very much at home, like so many other guests before you.
The flat has a sunny, quiet south-facing balcony without car noise facing the inner courtyard, where you can enjoy your after-work beer or glass of wine in the evening. There is a bistro around the corner with delicious pizza and pasta, casseroles, salads and more, where you can also sit outside when the weather is nice. The public transport stop is just a one-minute walk away. The REWE supermarket is also in the immediate vicinity.
The special features of this flat are the quiet location without traffic noise, the washing machine and the covered car park that we have rented separately. A fast WLAN is a matter of course.
