The flat is 45 mÂł in size and is located on the 1st floor. It has a living room with a separate dining area and a fitted kitchen. In the living room there is a digital TV with SAT connection and a radio. The fully equipped kitchen has a hob with oven, microwave and dishwasher, as well as a coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A high chair is also available and can be provided free of charge if required. The bedroom has a large double bed and a 4-door wardrobe. There is a pull-out bed in the second bedroom. A cot can be provided free of charge on request. The bathroom has a shower with shower cubicle.
This beautiful and cosily furnished non-smoking flat is located in a quiet side street. It is suitable for 2 adults and up to 1 child. Please enquire in advance if there are more adults.
The property is fenced with hedges and cannot be seen from the street. There is a secure car park on the property. The distance to the beach and the play barn is approx. 400 metres. The North Sea lagoon is approx. 500 metres away. Everything is easily accessible, so that a pram or a handcart can also be taken along. The village centre with restaurants and supermarkets is approx. 400 m away. Dogs and other pets are unfortunately not allowed. This flat was again rated 3 stars by the DTV in August 2012. A playground with a football pitch is 100 metres away.
You are also welcome to make yourself comfortable in our large garden with seating areas, barbecue area and sun loungers.
