There is a children's playground in the holiday complex so that your children feel at home straight away. Pets are not allowed.
The holiday home has a living space of approx. 155 mÂČ and is furnished in an individual, modern and family-friendly style. On the fully tiled ground floor is the spacious living and dining area with two sofas, a coffee table, a satellite TV, a long dining table with seating for eight people and a fireplace. Relax in the cold seasons with a warming open fire. The adjoining open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, fridge with freezer compartment, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, waffle iron, ice cream maker, fully automatic coffee machine and coffee machine, leaving nothing to be desired. The landlord is happy to provide you with a children's high chair and board games for young and old free of charge. In the bathroom on the ground floor, you will find a separate toilet with a small washbasin, a spacious rain shower with a Kneipp hose, a washbasin, a hairdryer and a separate bio-sauna with colour light therapy and relaxing music. The upper floor, which is also fully tiled, has three bedrooms. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed (1.60 m wide), while the third bedroom has two single beds (each 0.90 m wide). An additional cot/baby bed for a small child can be added free of charge. Relax in a separate, light-flooded gallery room, listen to your favourite music all to yourself or read an interesting book without being disturbed by other family members or friends. Features of the spacious bathroom on this floor include a rain shower, a double washbasin, a toilet, a bidet and a comfortable bathtub with whirlpool functions to gently relax your stressed muscles. In the converted attic there are two further bedrooms, each with two single beds (0.90 m wide). The rooms are partitioned off to protect your privacy. A further guest WC rounds off this living area. All windows are fitted with pleated blinds and fly screens, as are the exit doors to the terrace. The high-quality and modern equipment naturally also includes a stereo system, a Blu-Ray player, several LCD TVs, free Internet access via WLAN, (underfloor) heating throughout the house, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
It is only a few minutes to the town centre with various shops and restaurants. There are further shopping facilities in nearby Sagart. The fine sandy beach and harbour, which offers plenty of variety for young and old, are only a seven to ten-minute walk away. The long sandy beach that Glowe is known for offers many leisure activities and invites you to play, romp and swim. It is also just seven to ten minutes to the wild beach, which is easily accessible via steps through the spa gardens. The Granitz hunting lodge, a boat trip to Usedom, Hiddensee or the chalk cliffs as well as a trip to Mönchsgut are always worthwhile. You should not miss the Störtebecker Festival.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house and therefore also suitable for allergy sufferers. A travel cot and a high chair are available for use free of charge. You can hire additional travel cots and highchairs from the caretaker. Bed linen and towels are included in the price for bookings of 14 days or more. These costs are then borne by the owner. For bookings of less than 14 days, the holiday guest can book the package at their own expense. The sauna, washing machine and tumble dryer are coin-operated and the dishwasher must be emptied and the crockery, pots and cutlery returned to their place on departure; if this task is carried out by the caretaker, a flat rate will be charged, which will be deducted from the deposit.The holiday home will have a wall box from April/May 2025, which can be used for a fee. Charging electric cars via the house network is strictly prohibited.Please note: The deposit, the costs for cleaning and the booked bed linen cannot be paid on site, but must be paid in advance to the landlord's account. The bank details for this will be sent to you with the travel documents and the bed linen and towel package must be booked per person for a fee.
