This comfortable villa is in the little village of Heraki, just 13km from Porec, the largest tourist town in Istria.

The living room opens onto the big, partially roofed terrace. The upper floor also has a roofed balcony. There is a 55m² heatable pool integrated beautifully into the 1500m² site surrounded by a stone wall, with plenty of loungers and parasols around it. There is also an outdoor shower. You can use the summer kitchen to prepare meals and there is also a barbecue.

Owing to the very generous 260m² of space, this holiday residence can accommodate eight people comfortably in four bedrooms, and can even accommodate up to eleven people, as there are also a children’s room and a big sofa bed in the living room. On the ground floor, facing the garden, there is the combined living and dining room with an adjoining open kitchen. It has an elegant selection of furniture and light colours create a pleasant interior atmosphere. It provides comfortable sofas, a big TV, a dining table with space for all guests. The fully-equipped kitchen has all the basics, along with a dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. One bathroom and one of the bedrooms with a double bed (two mattresses of 90 x 200cm) are on the ground floor. Upstairs there are the following rooms: a master bedroom with a French bed (160 x 200cm) and its own bathroom, two further double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (one with a French bed 160 x 200cm and one with a double bed 2 x 90 x 200cm). The children’s room is also on this floor, with a single bed (80 x 190cm). All the bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning units, so the temperature in each room can be regulated individually.

A shop, post office, restaurants and a café are just a ten-minute walk from the accommodation in the little town of Lovrec. It is a historic locality, which also has a bakery, pharmacy and pizzeria. It is about 15km to Porec, where you can find everything that a modern tourist town has to offer. The basilica has been declared a UNESCO world cultural heritage site. You could also go on a trip to Venice, which is about two hours away by ship. Istria also has many other towns worth seeing, including Pula (with the Roman arena) and Rovinj. Both towns are famous for their lovely beaches. You can go on a boat trip, explore the region or dive into the interesting underwater world.

The villa, newly built in 2014, provides free wireless Internet access. There is a washing machine in the utility room. There are five parking spaces in front of the villa.
