The ROSA flat is located on the ground floor of a villa that includes three other flats. The villa is called Casale Nunziatina and is an old farmhouse built in 1700. In 2007 it was extensively renovated but has retained its original features, such as the arches, walls and roofs respecting the rustic style, and combines the taste with which the restoration was carried out with all the necessary comforts for a relaxing holiday. The flat is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating, colour TV, hairdryer and WIFI. It overlooks a garden with plants and flowers equipped with tables, chairs, deckchairs, sunshades and guests can enjoy meals outdoors or simply relax.

The property is located in Sorrento just 900 metres from the main square and the train station, which can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The last 500 metres before arriving the house the road is an old Roman road two metres wide and slightly uphill but this is no problem for guests who can walk.
