This newly renovated holiday house is on the little island of Oknö, just a few kilometres from MönsterÄs in the Smaland region.
The house is well-equipped for the winter, with electric radiators, a heat pump and a new façade with good insulation, which was added in 2011. The house has a veranda on the front and to the rear.
It is a typical country house with around 70mÂČ of living space, with two bedrooms and three beds. The adjacent garden house of 15mÂČ with electricity and heating can accommodate two further people. The main house has an open and comfortable living room with a big sofa, a fireplace and a 46â TV with a satellite dish. There is an adjoining kitchen with all the necessary utensils and appliances. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom with a shower is modern and also has a washing machine.
The accommodation is very quietly and pleasantly situated in an island in the Smaland archipelago. The sea and the beach are within a short walk. Nearby there are several places to swim and fish, as well as shops, restaurants, minigolf, boat hire and so on. During the summer period it is a pleasant hourâs walk to MönsterĂ„s.
