A big balcony invites you to sit and relax. There is a parking space right in front of the door. There is also a storage room for bicycles. The upper apartments of the property have a separate entrance via a gallery with stone outdoor stairs.
The apartment is suitable for allergy sufferers (no carpet).
The sea and the beach are only about 300 metres away. There are also shops, restaurants and public transport connections about 300 metres away.
