Excellent location close to St. John’s. Was great to have so many washrooms, two fridges and a fair sized dinning table for our large group. The Hosts were great to deal with. Quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

This house with 5 bedrooms served our group of 9 well. It is a big house so there was sufficient room for all of us to spread out. The common areas such as the living room and dining room were large areas where we could all come together. We made use of the barbecue, although it did require a good cleaning first.There is an air conditioning unit in the living room but since that cool air doesn't corculate, the rest of the house was hot. Some blinds on the dining room windows to block the sun would help. Also, screens on those windows would enable the windows to be opened in the evening without allowing bugs in.Our biggest problem with the house was finding it the first day. The roads in the area are a confusing tangle and then the house didn't have numbers on it. We saw the owners and mentioned that house numbers really would have helped us!The location suited us fine, as we travelled in various directions from the house for our sightseeing.

Seems the owners just left in a hurry this house was not guest ready at all! The owners remained upstairs in the upper house we were unaware that they would be staying we had to close and lock the upstairs!House was very cluttered fire pit and backyard overgrown. No screens in the windows to open for fresh air. There was a weird fishy smell!The scuba school was attached to the house and a window from the kitchen to watch them just weird???Construction in the front which was not mentioned the price I feel was way over priced although roomy not ready for guests?? All their personal belongings in the cupboards drawers etc!I think I will book through airb&b as I had way better success with them!

The property was in a good location and everything was great! Communication was amazing and it had everything we needed for a six day stay. There were 7 of us and love that everyone could have their own bathrooms and space!!We loved St. John’s! Beautiful!
