The place Rattelvitz, which consists solely of the detached farmhouse, is located in the middle of the natural park MV. The estate, which has been owned by the family since 1938 and expropriated in 1960, was returned to the descendants of the landlord's grandfather, Heinrich Haupt, in the course of the retransfer back to 1990. During the refurbishment, which took place until mid-2005, they placed special emphasis on the naturalness and preservation of building materials in their choice of materials. Old clay walls, wooden floorboards, bricks, silicate paints, old furniture and porcelain electrics from the period around 1900, combined with modern comfort to give you a historic and pleasant ambience.

On warm summer days you can have breakfast or a barbecue in your private patio in a private atmosphere. Due to the almost missing car traffic, the entire terrain is very well suited for all ages of children. In the large garden and on the climbing frame with swing and sandpit your children can let off steam and explore the surroundings.
Larger children play football on the north side or are in the trampoline. Smaller children play on the south side, always in the field of vision of the parents from the outside seats.
