This ancient 19th century independent villa is located on the slopes of the Castle of Romena and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing an avenue with cypresses of 300 m.

The living space of approximately 300 m² takes place on two levels.
