This ancient 19th century independent villa is located on the slopes of the Castle of Romena and is surrounded by a large park with lime trees, oaks and holm oaks. The property is accessed by crossing an avenue with cypresses of 300 m.
The living space of approximately 300 mÂČ takes place on two levels. On the ground floor there are an entrance hall; a living room with sitting area and fireplace; a large dining room, open to the living room with fireplace and living room and with the exit to the outside. On the ground floor there is also a kitchen with access to the outside. The kitchen is equipped with 4 burners, an oven, a dishwasher, a small freezer and a coffee machine.
