These cosy holiday apartments enjoy a perfect seaside holiday location within walking distance of the blue Adriatic and the romantic harbour of the picturesque village of Punta Kampor, along the green west coast of the sunny Croatian island of Rab.
The five holiday apartments (three two-room apartments and two studios) are in a four-storey apartment building from the year 1950. They were all completely renovated in 2007 and equipped with modern amenities for a comfortable stay.
If you arrive by car you can use the secure parking spaces on the parking area in front of the house free of charge. Your pet is also welcome on request.
The holiday apartments are less than 50 metres from the sea and the harbour. Two private moorings are available in the marina free of charge. Should they already be booked, the landlord is happy to organise additional moorings for a small extra charge (amount depending on the size of the boat). Your landlord can also help you rent boats in advance - if you are interested in this offer, please send a request when you make your booking.
The house is located in the center of Kampor, the village on the island of Rab. In the close area of the house, there are: a supermarket, two cafe bars, few restaurants, beach bars, hair salon, tourist office, fast food, diving center, taxi boat, rent a -boat, -bike, sand beach, concrete beach.
The forest Dundovo is on Kalifront peninsula on the other side of the bay and it was in 1949. declared as the special reserve forest vegetation. With 1400 hectares it is the largest habitat of Holm oak in the Mediterranean. There are many picturesque bays which can be reached on foot, by bike or by boat.
The 80 mÂČ holiday apartment on the first floor consists of a living and dining area with an integrated, open-plan kitchen, two bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. The air-conditioned (heating and cooling) living area is furnished with two comfortable sofas, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with satellite reception and a USB port, a stereo system, a safe for your valuables, and a dining table with chairs. The modern, open-plan fitted kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a ceramic hob with an elegant stainless steel extractor hood, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a coffee machine. Both bedrooms each have a 180 cm x 200 cm double bed, bedside tables with reading lamps, and wardrobes with plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. Furthermore, one of the sofas in the living area can be converted into an additional 120 cm x 180 cm bed for one more person. The two bathrooms are each equipped with a spacious shower cubicle, a vanity unit with a vanity unit and a wall mirror, and a toilet. A washing machine and a baby cot are available, sufficient bed linen and towels are provided, and reliable Wi-Fi internet access is also available free of charge in your holiday apartment.
From the living area and one of the bedrooms, you'll find your private 18 mÂČ sun terrace, equipped with a table and chairs. From here, you can enjoy the far-reaching panoramic view of the expansive bay and the blue sea.
