The apartment is non-smoking.There is a large free parking lot (right next to the paid parking meter parking lot) near the house, at the end of Claus-Jesup-Str., Towards the harbor. Please note that the renovation work on Claus-Jesum-Str. take place and therefore the parking for cars is only possible to a limited extent or adapts to the current situation on site.A mobile cot (up to three years old) is free (please check availability in advance). Children are welcome with at least one legal guardian. Pets are not allowed.If you arrive by train, then it is about a 15-minute walk from the Wismar train station to the holiday apartment. There are various grocery shops nearby.

It measures around 33m² and consists of a living room-bedroom, a spacious shower room, a fully-equipped kitchen and a small store room for your luggage. A supplementary folding bed is possible. A portable cot (up to 3 years old) can be provided free of charge (check availability). Children are welcome. Central heating, bed linen, towels, kitchen equipment, cable TV and a DVD player are provided.

There is a large free car park near the house, right next to the payable car park with meters, at the end of Claus-Jesup-Str., towards the harbour. During the summer months you can share use of a little courtyard garden, where two bicycles can be kept and there are plugs for charging e-bikes.

The apartment is non-smoking and pets are not allowed.

When arriving by train, it is about a 15-minute walk from Wismar train station to the apartment. There are various shopping facilities nearby.
