The holiday home is located between the Baltic Sea and the Schlei Fjord near Kappeln in a small, quiet farming village at the end of a cul-de-sac.
Around the house is a large lawn area of approx. 600 square metres, which is ideal for all kinds of lawn games. There is also a swing frame with two swings for the little guests. A parasol, garden chairs and a garden table are available. The west side of the property is partially shaded by trees in the afternoon.
The Danish holiday home was built in 1995 and has approx. 60 square metres of living space. All rooms are tiled in white. The rooms are functionally furnished and are divided into a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, an alcove with sleeping accommodation for one person (small room with bed and bedside table), a living room, a dining area with a large dining table, as well as a colour TV, satellite TV, radio, CD and DVD. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and microwave, the bathroom has a shower and WC. The holiday home and garden are child-friendly. The house is winterised with electric heating in all rooms. However, it only gets cosy with the wood-burning stove in the middle of the living area, which is very easy to heat.
The nearest restaurant is around three kilometres away and the sea is around four kilometres away. Bakeries are around three kilometres away and ALDI, LIDL, REWE and others are around seven kilometres away.
Additional facilities: washing machine, telephone DSL/WLAN (activation on request), baby cot and high chair available.
