The holiday flat is located on the third floor of a renovated old building and has a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with bath and washing machine and a living room with a sofa bed for two people and an armchair bed. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with oven, gas cooker, kettle and fridge with freezer. Free Wi-Fi is available.
Free public parking is available about 50 metres from the flat. There is a private car park about 200 metres from the flat for a fee. There is also the possibility of renting a garage, which is about 800 metres from the accommodation. The lakeside promenade can be reached in one minute, the nearest beach in five minutes. You can practice various water sports, rent boats or go hiking in the mountains, alone or accompanied by mountain guides.
