Briefly about guesthouse Dom Nad Potokiem BORSZOWKA - the guesthouse is a stylish, over 120-year-old property combining tradition with modernity. It is located in an idyllic area right by a stream.
- The guesthouse is rented exclusively (max. 27 people - 8 double beds and 11 single beds). The rooms in the guesthouse are maintained in a hotel standard - 2-person, 3-person, 4-person, and one suite with two bedrooms for 5 people.
- Breakfasts are served in buffet form upon request, and there is an option to order dinner or choose a grill menu or party menu instead of dinner.
- WiFi - 900Mb, parking, and reception are available.
- For young children, various amenities are provided, such as feeding chairs, portable cribs, baby bathtubs, potties, toilet seat reducers, and step stools.
- Pets are accepted upon agreement.
ROOMS - Each room is maintained in a hotel standard and is equipped with bedding and towels. In each room, you will find a double bed and a comfortable bathroom, a 32" LED TV with Netflix, an electric kettle with tea, a mini hotel refrigerator with a freezer, and a wardrobe.

- SUMMER TERRACE - This is a great place to gather a larger group of people, especially during warm days.

- STREAM - A stream flows through the center of the facility with three bridges leading to the pool, playground, shelter with a grill, and bonfire area.
- SWIMMING POOL - Available from May until the end of warm summer days, an outdoor pool with heated water, measuring 4x8m and 100 cm deep, primarily designed for children but also suitable for adults. The water temperature is maintained using special solar panels that collect sunlight.
- GRILL, GRILL HOUSE, BONFIRE - Outdoor facilities include a bonfire area with a tripod grill and a shelter with tables and benches, where guests can enjoy cooking and spending time together.
- HOT BARREL / RUSSIAN BANYA - Two Russian-style hot barrels, each with 3 tons of hot water at a temperature of 38-40 degrees Celsius. Prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
- SAUNA - An outdoor sauna in the shape of a barrel, located directly above the river in the stream's trough, with a glass window of 200 cm in diameter providing a view of the flowing water. Prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
- PLAYGROUND - A playground for the youngest guests equipped with swings, a bridge, climbing elements, and more.
- SPORTS FIELD - A field for playing handball, darts, and other sports.
- PARKING - A large parking area accommodating up to 20 cars.

LOCATION and AMENITIES - The BORSZÓWKA Guesthouse and Cottages are located just a 5-minute drive from the heart of Szklarska Poręba (2.1km), close to the PKP Szklarska Poręba Górna railway station, and situated along a tourist route that runs through the property. It serves as an excellent starting point for major tourist routes, ski lifts, cycling and cross-country skiing trails, ensuring a relaxing vacation. The guesthouse is a stylish establishment where designers have combined elements of traditional architecture with modern features, providing the desired comfort for today's guests. The rooms are maintained to a hotel standard.
KITCHEN - The kitchen is fully equipped with household appliances, including a gas stove with four burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a Turkish coffee machine, an overflow coffee machine, as well as dishes for more than 30 people (cutlery, plates, glasses, pots, pans, dishwasher tabs, etc.).
ROOMS - The rooms are maintained to a hotel standard. The guesthouse offers 7 rooms for 2, 3, and 4 people, as well as one 5-person apartment with two bedrooms, providing an individual and intimate character. Each room is furnished with a double bed, a comfortable bathroom, a 32" LED TV, an electric kettle with tea, and a mini hotel fridge with a freezer. The rooms are equipped with bed linen, towels, and pool towels.
SWIMMING POOL - The outdoor pool is available from May until the end of warm summer days. It measures 4x8m and is 100 cm deep, designed mainly for children but also suitable for adults. The water temperature is maintained using special solar panels that collect sunlight.
YOUNG CHILDREN - Small children's amenities such as baby bathtubs, potties, toilet seat reducers, stepping stools, portable baby cribs, and high chairs are available upon request.
PETS - Pets are welcome after prior agreement.
INTERNET - Throughout the property, guests have access to fast (ORANGE - fiber-optic up to 900Mb) and free Wi-Fi.
SUMMER TERRACE - Equipped with rattan sofas, armchairs, and tables, the summer terrace is the ideal place for morning coffee/tea and afternoon relaxation, providing views of the lively stream, meadow, pool, and forest.
WINTER TERRACE - With a fireplace, comfortable sofas, and tables, the winter terrace is a perfect place to spend time during colder days and evenings. The large glass windows offer views of the stream and garden, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere. The winter terrace is also a great venue for livelier events.
PLAYROOM - For the youngest guests, there is a playroom equipped with foosball, a sound system for children's playtime, as well as another room for adults, which some guests refer to as a café or bar, but is called the WINTER TERRACE by the staff due to its fireplace and ample space, making it an ideal spot for louder events.
BONFIRE AND GARDEN - In front of the guesthouse, there is a spacious area where bonfires are often held, with delicious treats cooked on skewers or shared pots of soup.
PLAYGROUND - A playground is available for the youngest guests, featuring four swings, a mini climbing rock, two slides, and a fitness module.
VOLLEYBALL COURT - Available for the youngest and slightly older guests, there is a volleyball and badminton court.
SUN LOUNGERS - Besides the large 2-hectare area, guests have access to sun loungers.
HOT TUBE / RUSSIAN BANYA - An ideal option for spending an evening is the incredibly relaxing Russian banya, similar to a sauna, with the difference that the pleasure lasts 1-2h-3h in 38°C water, rather than 5-15 minutes in a sauna. Due to the lengthy process of heating 3000 liters of water, preparation requires a minimum of 8 hours notice before use. The Russian banya is prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
SAUNA - For those who feel that they might get cold in the Russian banya, there is a Finnish sauna available to warm up during winter evenings and beyond. The sauna is located outdoors in the form of an overturned barrel standing right above the stream, with a large panoramic window of 200 cm in diameter providing views of the stream. The sauna is prepared upon individual guest request and may involve an additional fee.
SPORTS EQUIPMENT DRYING ROOM - During winter sports activities, boots, gloves, and hats require drying. For our sports enthusiasts, a special room has been prepared for drying equipment.
PARKING and ACCESS - A large parking area is available right next to the asphalt road, accommodating a significant number of cars. The guesthouse is accessible via a gently sloping asphalt road, suitable for all-wheel-drive vehicles.
