The comfortable holiday apartment is on the first floor of the house, which is in a quiet area near the town centre of Makarska and the long sandy beach. The big advantage of this apartment is that the sights in town, as well as shops and restaurants, are within walking distance.
The apartment has its own terace with awning, and is furnished with a table and comfortable chairs. A grill is also available (upon request). There are three parking spaces right by the house. There are also two garage parking spaces available in the house.
The 37 mÂČ, spacious studio apartment is comfortably furnished and is ideal for three people. It consists of living-/sleeping area with a double bed and a single sofa bed, a bathroom and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee machine, kettle, stove and dish washer. The bathroom has a bath tub, WC, and a washing machine.
Satellite TV, air conditioning and free WiFi is available.
It is only 300 metres to the town centre. It is 700 metres to the sandy beach. It is five minutes to the nearest supermarket. Many museums, shops, bars and clubs are within walking distance. The manin beach in town is a ten-minute walk away. It provides a range of sports activities and opportunities to relax.
The owners also live in the house and are happy to assist with queries and to provide information.
