This is a comfortable apartment with modern furnishing for three people, in the sunny Bayerisch Gmain.Comfortable holiday apartment with seating in front of the house, ideal for trips to Austria or activities in summer or winter â there is something for everyone
There is seating in front of the entrance. There is also a parking space on site.
The apartment (40mÂČ) is on the ground floor and has a combined living and sleeping room, with a double bed and a pull-out sofa bed and a TV. The fully-equipped kitchen unit includes a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge. There is also a dining corner. The little bathroom with a window has a shower and a WC.
Bayerisch Gmain is an excellent starting point for all kinds of activities: mountain and hiking tours, climbing, mountain biking tours, tennis, golf, beach volleyball (1.5km), swimming, wellness at the Rupertustherme (5km), trips to Bad Reichenhall (3km) and Salzburg (10km) and Berchtesgaden (15km), as well as cross-country skiing (200m), sledging (1km) etc.
The apartment is in a separate building next to the ownerâs house.
