Right in front of the apartment there is a furnished terrace, which is integrated harmoniously into the garden. You can park your car on site.
This stylishly decorated ground-floor apartment of around 100mÂČ exudes a sense of well-being. The apartment is accessed from the terrace and you step straight into the living and dining room. This receives plenty of daylight, owing to the large windows. Make yourself comfortable on the sofa (which can also be used as a sofa bed, 160x200, for two people). There is a flatscreen TV with satellite channels in the living room. The air conditioning unit in the living room is powerful enough to cool the other rooms too. The kitchen with an oven, hob and dining table is integrated into the living room. The spacious bathroom has a large bath and high-quality tiles. The two bedrooms each have a double bed (180cm wide) and a single bed (90cm wide).
It is just a five-minute walk to all the most important amenities such as cafés, restaurants, shops and a bus stop. The beach is just 400 metres away. The holiday accommodation is ideal for families. Despite its location in the town centre, there are beaches within walking distance, so you can leave your car parked. Young people can also enjoy the beach by day and the party life at night.
The apartment has wooden flooring, except in the bathroom and in the entrance area. The ideal occupancy is six people, with a maximum of eight.
