The 'blue' flat is located on the ground floor, in a quiet street in Marina di Castagneto, only 200 metres from the beach.
A terrace with sun umbrella, table and chairs directly in front of the kitchen offers plenty of space for cosy outdoor dining. A wide sandy beach can be reached on foot in just two minutes. A wide choice of different beach stretches awaits you here. Alternatively, there are also several kilometres of free, well-maintained beach. Those who prefer the rocky coast can reach the promontory and the Gulf of Baratti (12 km) or the sea at Castiglioncello (25 km) in a few minutes.
The holiday accommodation is modern and tastefully furnished. The flat is suitable for six to eight people. The living space is divided into a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a triple bedroom with a double bed and sofa bed, and a bedroom with bunk beds and an additional single bed. There are also two bathrooms with showers. Walls, furniture and decoration are in light, fresh colours, predominantly blue. The equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled, thanks to air conditioning/heating, satellite TV, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
