Holiday flat with small balcony, close to numerous hiking trails The cosy holiday flat is located in a quiet, elevated residential area of Alpirsbach (500 m above sea level) The holiday flat is very spacious with 103 mÂČ of living space. All floors are either laminate or tiled. In the living room there is a cosy couch and a large TV with satellite TV and free WLAN connection. There is also a cosy dining area for 6 people. The master bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe, as well as a TV with satellite connection. The second bedroom has two single beds and a wardrobe. The third bedroom has a bunk bed in which two adults can sleep comfortably. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave and 4-ring hob. A coffee machine, 1 espresso machine (Nespresso), a toaster and a kettle complete the equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a bathtub, 2 washbasins and a WC. There is also a guest WC with washbasin. The balcony has two comfortable chairs and a small table. The flat is also furnished with natural wood furniture. Towels and bed linen are available free of charge. A safe for valuables is also part of the inventory.
