This 120m² quietly situated holiday house is in Garica on the island of Krk about 5km from the nearest sandy beach. It has three bedrooms, two of which each have a double bed (160 x 200cm) and one with two single beds (80 x 200cm). One bedroom is on the ground floor and the two others are on the second floor. All the bedrooms have air conditioning that can also be used for heating. The big living and dining room with an open kitchen invites you to sit together. It is on the first floor. On cooler days you can use the fireplace and listen to the crackling of firewood. The air conditioning ensures a pleasantly cool indoor climate on hot days. The open kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for cooking and baking. If you are in a hurry you can use the microwave. After cooking, the dishwasher takes over the rest of the work, so you can relax and dine. The coffee machine, toaster and kettle ensure that the day gets off to a good start. The fridge also has a freezer compartment, so groceries can be stored optimally during your stay. There are three bathrooms, all with a shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The holiday house dates back to the year 1867 and has been impressively renovated in 2021. The ground floor has a leisure room, where you can play cards or table football. On cold days you can get into the infrared sauna and relax there. Use of wireless Internet is free. It is about 200 metres to a grocery shop. If you do not feel like cooking, there are restaurants and café within about five kilometres. Garica is on the largest Adriatic island of Krk. The Romans called it the “Golden Island”, because you can find so many beautiful beaches with crystal clear water here.

The garden enclosed by a stone wall is for your own exclusive use and has sun loungers to relax on, after cooling off in the pool. The pool is surrounded by olive trees, oleander and Mediterranean flowers. You can use the grill in the roofed grill area, for preparing meals. The shaded terrace, the little balcony and veranda invite you to relax with a glass of wine. There are three parking spaces, so you can arrive by car.
