On the top floor of the stylish, bourgeois residential building from the Wilhelminian era, you can enjoy your stay with a wonderful view of the LycĂ©e Français garden from the roof terrace. 2 tram stops away, you can park your car in the Althan Centre or in the Park&Ride Spittelau.

The bright three-room flat has a living space of 70 mÂČ and is divided into an entrance area with cloakroom and separate WC, two bedrooms, a lounge, a fully equipped fitted kitchen and a daylight bathroom. In the first bedroom you sleep in a comfortable double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm with bedside tables and reading lamps on both sides. The second bedroom is designed as a living/sleeping area with a pull-out sofa bed. Sufficient cupboards provide space for your travelling wardrobe. Relax on the pull-out sofa bed and an armchair with coffee table after a day out. The flat-screen TV provides entertainment in the evening. The lounge is furnished with a large, antique dining and work table. Take a seat on the four armchairs and enjoy a meal together. A second flat-screen TV with a Sonos music system is also available in this room. The fully equipped kitchen allows you to cater for yourself with a dishwasher, a four-zone hob with oven, a fridge with freezer compartment and small electrical appliances such as a Nespresso and filter coffee machine, kettle, microwave and toaster. The bathroom is equipped with an 8mÂČ walk-in shower, hand basin with hairdryer and a washing machine. The facilities also include free Internet access via WLAN.
The roof terrace faces the garden of the French Lyceum and is absolutely quiet.
The bright 70mÂČ flat with terrace is located in the quiet Harmoniegasse, a side street off Liechtensteinstrasse, on the top floor of a period building and has a lovely terrace with a view of the Lycee Francais garden. 2 bedrooms, 1 lounge, fitted kitchen with everything you need - toaster, Nespresso machine, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, kettle, bathroom with hairdryer and washing machine, entrance with cloakroom and separate WC guarantee a perfect living experience in the city centre.
