Immersed in the greenery and tranquillity of the hills surrounding Lake Garda but in an optimal position to reach the numerous amusement parks and beaches, the 'Raggio di Sole' flat offers the possibility of enjoying a holiday in a serene and relaxed atmosphere.
Outside there are two large terraces with lake views, suitable for relaxing in the sun or enjoying breakfast, lunch or dinner.
The flat is modernly furnished and consists of: two air-conditioned bedrooms (one double room and one bedroom with three single beds) and a comfortable kitchen equipped with a fridge, oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, crockery and cutlery. There is a 42-inch LCD TV with satellite receiver for free channels and a large bathroom with shower.
You will also have the opportunity to purchase entrance tickets to the Gardaland and Movieland parks at a reduced price from the owners, and the possibility of planning trips organised by a travel agency with which the owners have an agreement, to nearby cities of art such as Venice or Milan.
The garden surrounding the villa, an area reserved for children, free internet point, information material and a convenient private car park within the gated property complete the offer.
