The beautifully situated holiday house is on a quiet residential cul-de-sac just a ten-minute walk or two-minute drive from the main beach in Mimice, away from mass tourism.Modern holiday apartment with a balcony and a shared pool, in a quiet location and near the beach â enjoy a fabulous sea view when you get up, explore the natural beauty of the Croatian Riviera and discover traditional cuisine
You can enjoy breakfast and sociable evenings on the balcony with a view of the sea. The charming pool area facing south has lovely sunny and shaded lounger areas and a grill area. A washing machine is available for use free of charge. A parking space is available. Next door there is also a house with a pool that you can share use of.
The apartment has a light and modern interior and provides around 75mÂČ of space for up to six people. Three comfortable bedrooms offer all guests plenty of space. The first is furnished with a kingsize bed, the second with two single beds and the third smaller bedroom with a single bed. The light living and dining room includes an open and fully-equipped kitchen unit with all the necessary kitchen utensils, a dishwasher, toaster, kettle, ceramic hob with an oven, and a coffee machine. The big dining table invites you to dine together after cooking. You can relax on a little sofa with satellite TV. The sofa can also be used as a bed for one person. The two bathrooms are each fitted with a shower and WC. The two bedrooms and the living and dining room have an air conditioning unit that can also be used as heating during the cooler season. A safe is also available.
Mimice is a little tourist village on the Omis riviera. Mimice has some gems to offer such as crystal clear water, three kilometres of pebbled beaches, the fragrance and beauty of dense coniferous forest, which is largely a protected natural heritage, many walks that link the promenade with old villages that are proud of their old Dalmatian architecture, up to the highest mountain peaks. Owing to its natural and cultural riches, Mimice has played an important role in tourism along the Omis Riviera from the beginning. Mimice continues its long tradition up until today of offering comfortable accommodation and local hospitality, along with Dalmatian cuisine, wine, song and entertainment.
