Walkers can stroll through the park around the house to the forest that borders the site. The property offers an impressive all-round panorama, stretching from the surrounding hills to Monviso. The farm is a convenient base for cycling enthusiasts, as it is near the road that connects Langhe Alba and the hills that lead down to the sea. It is a very popular route, also for motorcyclists.

This comfortable apartment comprises two bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed and armchairs, a fully-equipped kitchen with a gas stove and electric oven, a bathroom with a shower, hairdryer, natural soaps, shampoo and shower gel.

The apartment has two balconies, from which you can enjoy the panorama.
