Quiet apartment building with a garden and a sea view
The house is in a quiet neighbourhood in Sukosan near Zadar.
It offers three fully-furnished apartments to let, with a terrace or a balcony. The apartments have air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. You can relax together in the garden with a grill for the use of all guests. Plenty of parking spaces are available. The owners live on the first floor of the house.
On the other side of the road there is a football ground that you can use. It is just 500 metres to the nearest beach. There are shops and restaurants the same distance away and it is 800 metres into the centre. Zadar airport is 8km away.
This apartment is on the second floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed and there is a sofa bed in the living room for two children. The air-conditioned living and dining room with an open kitchen also provides a TV and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen unit is equipped with a two-ring hob and a fridge with a freezer compartment. The bathroom comprises a shower, washbasin and toilet.
You can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea from the cosy balcony with garden furniture.
