The house is in the small and quiet village of Cocaletto, five kilometres south of Rovinj on the Rovinj-Bale-Pula road, near a campsite.
The house offers two apartments and a large and inviting garden. There are parking spaces available in the courtyard. Air conditioning is available.
There are restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Cycle paths along the coast lead to the town five kilometres away. The Palud ornithological reserve and the archaeological site on the hill Monkodonja are nearby. You can enjoy water sports at the nearby campsite. A boat mooring can also be arranged here. The beach is ideal for families with small children.
