A particular highlight is the separate kitchen, equipped with a gas hob, fridge, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, ideal for preparing delicious meals. The combined bedroom and living room invite you to relax, while the bathroom with shower and WC is practical and comfortable.
The outdoor area of the flat promises pure rest and relaxation. Start the day with a coffee on the spacious terrace while enjoying the magnificent panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The communal garden extends over 1500 square metres and offers relaxing moments in the greenery as well as a barbecue area with comfortable benches for sociable evenings.
