Luxury holiday flat for 2 to 5 people with balcony on the 3rd floor of the flat house Vergissmeinnicht - modern furnishings. The flat is approx. 75 square metres in size and very spacious (completely renovated in 2020) and the view of the mountains from the panoramic living room window is particularly breathtaking.
A kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, microwave, coffee machine, capsule coffee machine (capsule can be purchased from us for a small fee), plenty of cutlery and crockery. Towels, tea towels and bed linen included.
2 separate bedrooms (1 bedroom with a double bed in the living/bedroom, 1 bedroom (triple room) with a double bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200) in one room. 2 further bathrooms with shower and washbasin, one with WC. A separate WC.
The centre of Abtenau is approx. 8-10 minutes away by car (7km). There you will also find banks, supermarkets, shops, restaurants etc.; Our house is surrounded by nature and you can enjoy a great view of the mountains early in the morning. In summer there are a variety of excursion and sports possibilities (hiking, mountain biking - directly from our house or a few minutes away by car / hiking on the Postalm - the largest alpine pasture area in Austria etc.). In winter you can also decide which ski area (Abtenau-Karkogel or RuĂbach-Dachstein-West) you want to head for - our house is ideally located in the middle (snow chains are recommended).
The flat also has a cosy living room with sofa, dining table with six chairs, LED TV, DVD, CD radio and free internet (W-LAN - own laptop required).
