This apartment is located on the second floor of a multi-family home on the beach of Miami Platja on the Costa Dorada.
The large, furnished balcony, which offers views over the beach and the ocean, can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom. The communally accessible kiddie pool is right in front of the house. The complex also has a garden and parking. The building does have an elevator.
The living room is furnished satellite television, sofas and a dining table and chairs. The flat offers two bedrooms: one is furnished with a double bed (135 x 200 cm) and the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm), which can be opened up and accommodates a total of your people. There is also a fully loaded kitchen and a separate utility room with a washing machine. Both bathrooms have a shower, a sink and a toilet and were only renovated in 2016. A child's cot and a high chair are is available upon request free of charge.
The property is located a few meters from the beach and the ocean. Restaurants, grocery stores and cafes are located in the vicinity of the house. At the beach you will find the typical beach bars, "Chiringuitosâ, playgrounds and sporting activities, such as surfing, golf and more. It is 15 km to Port Aventura amusement park.
