The residential house is in a quiet district of Pakostane and is surrounded by abundant greenery.
The 6mÂČ balcony is roofed and provides a table and chairs, as well as a lovely view over the garden. The balcony also provides direct access to the shared garden with a barbecue. There is plenty of space in the garden for children to play. There is plenty of parking space on site.
The 45mÂČ holiday apartment with a separate entrance is on the first floor and can accommodate up to four people. It has a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 190cm and a wardrobe. The living room-kitchen also has a sofa bed measuring 140 x 190cm. The kitchen unit is well-equipped with an electric and gas stove, a fridge-freezer, a microwave, coffee machine and other kitchen appliances. A dining table with chairs, satellite TV and wireless Internet access are also available. The bathroom has a shower. The floors in the rooms consist of natural wood, except the kitchen and bathroom which are tiled.
It is a ten-minute walk to the beach, as well as the centre with supermarkets and restaurants.
