The detached holiday home is quietly located in a residential neighbourhood about one kilometre from Santa Bárbara de Nexe and 12 km from Faro airport.Cosy Portuguesa Casa with a private pool on a large property in a quiet location: relax on the beach, play golf and enjoy the beautiful panoramic ocean views
The Casa sits on a 4000 m² fenced in property with fig, olive and almond trees. The partially covered patio has a barbecue and a dining table, as well as a 5 x 10 meter pool with a depth of one to two meters. Four sun loungers and sun a shade are at your disposal. Enjoy the views over the surrounding hills, Faro and the ocean. The house has a roof terrace with beautiful views, where you can relax and dream. A carport for a car is available. Additional parking spaces are available on the property.
The 90 m² house was tastefully furnished. The living room offers a dining table and four chairs, sofas, satellite television, a stereo, a fireplace and a small library. The two bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed, a ceiling fan and a large wall closet. Each bedroom has a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet and a bidet. The patio is accessible from both bedrooms. The kitchen is furnished with a gas stove, a microwave, a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle and much more. All windows and doors are equipped with mosquito screens.
The town centre, where you can find shops and restaurants is about one kilometre from the property. The nearest beach (Ilha de Faro) is 14 kilometres from the property. Golf courses can be found in the near vicinity (Quinta do Lago 12km, Vila Sol 18km).
A travel cot is available. Towels and bedding are supplied. Bedding and towels are changed weekly. Smoking is not permitted. Pets are not permitted.
