The apartment is very centrally located, only about 300 metres from the beautiful main beach and just 30 metres from the pedestrian zone.
The apartment is on the ground floor of the house and you will feel comfortable within its ca. 50m² of living space on one level, consisting of a bedroom, a spacious shower room, a generous living and dining room with an open kitchen space, and a separate hallway with a wardrobe. It can accommodate a maximum of four adults, whereby two people have to content themselves with the pull-out sofa bed in the living room. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (190 x 200cm). Four people can sit at the dining table and there is crockery and cutlery for twelve people. The kitchen provides everything you might need, including a dishwasher, fridge, oven, stove, coffee machine etc. There is a washing machine in the bathroom. The apartment is also equipped with a flatscreen TV, a DVD player, wireless Internet access and a medium stereo system for entertainment.
It is a modern and light, fully renovated apartment with a big walk-in shower (140 x 90cm), an open modern kitchen and a flatscreen TV. It has a very modern, but cosy, light and inviting interior.
The apartment is very centrally located, only around 300 metres from the beautiful capital and just 30 metres from the pedestrian zone. The island railway stops about 150 metres away. You can find bicycle hire, shopping facilities, restaurants and various recreational facilities in the immediate vicinity.
A terrace of around 10m² awaits you outside with good comfortable garden furniture, two sun loungers and a parasol. It is a non-smoking apartment and a maximum of one pet is allowed on request.
