Spacious holiday home in Arvidsjaur for up to 12 people

From April to November, we rent a spacious holiday home located in the center of Arvidsjaur. The center, with its supermarket and tourist information, is just a few minutes' walk away. Arvidsjaur is a small town surrounded by numerous lakes, ideal for fishing and boating in the summer. In winter, you can ski right on Prästberget or use one of the numerous cross-country ski trails. Ski rentals are available in town. The airport is 10 kilometers from the town.

Villa Arctic was newly renovated in the summer of 2015 and features modern amenities. The house accommodates 12 people and is equipped with seven bedrooms, two kitchens, and four bathrooms (all with showers). A fitness room and a sauna are also available.

Villa Arctic is ideal for large groups or two families. It can also be rented as a separate 1- or 3-room apartment. For longer stays, the price can be negotiated. All rooms have modern furnishings and a modern heating system, making them ideal for a relaxing stay.

a) Towels, bed linen, and internet are included in the rental price.
b) A final cleaning fee must be paid separately and depends on the condition of the property upon handover.
c) For longer stays, the rental price can be negotiated.
d) If necessary, the house can be expanded with additional beds.
