This is a quietly situated holiday apartment on the ground floor of a historical farmhouse built with natural stone, which has been modernised and has its own separate entrance. It is on a quiet road.
There is a car parking space on the farm. You can also use a cosy sitting corner outside.
It provides a living room with a double sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The fully-equipped kitchen also has a dining table. The bathroom has a shower and WC. The apartment has environmentally friendly geothermal heating. Here you can find peace and quiet on your holiday in the countryside, whilst still being well connected with regard to transport infrastructure. You can relax and take a deep breath here.
Gastronomy, shopping facilities, a doctor and banks are about 400 metres away. There are also bus lines in various directions and a direct motorway connection (A93) 600 metres away. There is an extensive network of cycle paths in the region with local connections and you can go on trips to e.g. Bayreuth, Regensburg, the Czech Republic and the thermal baths triangle. Those interested in sport can find cross-country skiing trails about 15km away, ski pistes about 25km away and several pools and swimming ponds in the area. There are several museums and factory outlets (especially porcelain) in the region that are worth seeing.
