This holiday apartment is less than 90 metres from the sea and the beach. There are shops nearby. It is a duplex apartment on the first floor of the house.

The site is fenced and provides safety for children as well as for pets. A medium-sized dog is allowed. The gate in the front garden is not locked, but can be closed. However, children should always be supervised while playing. The apartment provides a shared parking area, 30m from the yard. The apartment has 2 air conditioning units, one in the living room and one in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge, coffee machine, microwave and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. The master bedroom is furnished with a wardrobe and a double bed (180 x 200cm) with two bedside tables. The town of Ražanac is a small, picturesque fishing village. It is a quiet, family-friendly vacation destination. It is located along the sea and within walking distance you can find shops and facilities such as grocery shops, a doctor, pharmacy, hairdresser, Internet café or tourist information, and a bookshop. Along the shore there are smaller and larger beaches, these are mainly pebbled and rocky, and are suitable for children. As there is no boat traffic in the area, the sea is very clean. For visitors who prefer a beach with sand, there is one available a couple of km away. The European Best Destination for 2016, the beautiful city of Zadar is about 20 km from Razanac. Island Pag is located only 10 km from Razanac and is perfect for day-trips. For nature-lovers, the National Park Paklenica, offers beautiful and clear mountain air, many kilometers of hiking trails, and it is only 25 km away.

It is not only the beach that is right on the doorstep.
