Idyllically situated, modernly furnished holiday flat directly by the sea The 25 m2 holiday flat is located in Vinisce and is situated directly by the sea. Vinisce is a small Dalmatian village situated in a beautiful bay between Primošten and Trogir.
Nothing stands in the way of travelling by car, as there are two parking spaces on site.
The modern and tastefully furnished holiday accommodation is located on the first floor. It has one bedroom, which is furnished with a king-size bed (160x200cm). There is also a sofa bed (90x200cm) in the living area. From the open-plan kitchen, you can access the balcony, which invites you to relax. It is covered and offers a high-quality seating set. The sea view rounds off the whole thing. There you can enjoy the evening with a nice meal after spending the day on the beach. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances. After cooking, the dishwasher does the rest of the work so that nothing stands in the way of a relaxed meal. But breakfast can also get off to a good start, thanks to the coffee and tea machine (filter or espresso), toaster and kettle. As the fridge also has a freezer compartment, food can be stored perfectly during your stay. In the bathroom you will find everything you need, such as towels and a hairdryer. There is underfloor heating in all rooms and the living/dining room is also air-conditioned. WLAN can be used free of charge.
Vinisce is known for its numerous small bays with pebble and stone beaches, which are ideal for swimming. Walks by the sea are a special experience. You can explore the coastal area and the nearby islands on boats provided by the owner. A rich underwater world is ideal for diving and fishing. Local specialities can be enjoyed in the various restaurants in the village. The post office, some grocery shops, the bakery and some cafés are located near the flat, about 300 metres away.
The owner lives in the ground floor flat of the house and will be happy to answer any questions you may have. It is also possible to hire boats directly from the owner for a fee
