Our house is situated in a dreamlike and quiet location in Bad Hofgastein, the alpine centre of the Gastein Valley. The town centre with its world-famous thermal baths, bars, restaurants and diverse shopping facilities is just a few minutes' walk away, and the city bus stop with direct access to the ski areas is in the immediate vicinity (approx. 70 m on foot). Due to the optimal south-west facing slope of our house you have a marvellous sun exposure from morning to evening and an excellent living quality. The flats are characterised by a fantastic panoramic view of the Gastein mountains - situated on the slope, you can look out over our local mountains Graukogel, Stubnerkogel and Schlossalm from the fantastic and spacious south-west facing balcony/terrace. To fully enjoy the sun and the alpine panorama, you can use the south-west facing terrace directly in front of the living room with a fantastic panorama. There is space for skis and ski boots in the communal ski depot in the basement with ski boot dryer, drying facilities for ski and hiking clothing as well as a workbench for skis, snowboards and MTBs. A homage to the surrounding mountains in wood and stone in a modern and luxurious design. The 100m² flat is located on the ground floor in a quiet Salzburg chalet on a hillside. From the spacious living area and the adjoining open-plan kitchen you have a fantastic view of the mountains of the Gastein Valley. Enjoy the Alpine panorama while the fire crackles in the fireplace in the background. In the two bedrooms you can relax after your activities in the Gastein Valley. One of these bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (160x200cm), while the other bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed in alpine hut style. Your children will feel particularly at home here, but adults will also sleep peacefully and relaxed in the 90x200cm beds. There is also the option of sleeping a fifth person on a pull-out mattress (90x200cm) under the bunk bed. In the modern bathroom with free-standing bathtub and large rainfall shower, you can relax at the highest wellness level. The WC is separate.
