In the heart of Cannes, comfortable and very well-equipped flat, ideal for your holiday or relaxing stay! The flat is located on the 5th floor of a building with lift. It is close to a public car park, 400 metres from Cannes train station, 4 km from the A8 motorway and a 10-minute walk from the beaches, the Croisette, the Palais du Festival and the Casino.

the ZONE/QUARTERS: Conveniently and centrally located, every place can be reached on foot: all kinds of activities, shops and services (bus stops, supermarkets, grocery shops, banks, pharmacies, pizzerias and fast-food restaurants, bakeries, hairdresser, florist, bars, tobacconist, etc.) are located in the vicinity.
Finding a parking space in the immediate vicinity of the flat - even during the Cannes Film Festival and in July and August - is quite easy: in front of the apartment building there are several free parking spaces with no hourly limits, and there is a square with a coin-operated parking meter with inexpensive rates.
In addition, about 50 metres away there is a large covered public pay car park 'Park Republique'. However, once parked, it is advisable to leave your car parked because the location of the flat allows you to walk everywhere. The railway station is about 400 metres away and the A8 motorway about 4 kilometres.
You will be less than 10 minutes' walk from Cannes Casino, the Palais des Festivals, the luxurious Croisette, the Rue d'Antibes (the shopping street) and the beaches.

The accommodation is full of natural light and boasts a private 80mÂČ terrace with an impressive view of Cannes. It can accommodate up to 4 persons with a double bed and a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room.
The room overlooks a beautiful balcony and has a large wardrobe with sliding doors.
The bathroom has a shower with double washbasin, bidet and jacuzzi. The kitchen is fully equipped and has 4 hotplates, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, electric oven and large refrigerator.
You will find a huge private terrace/solarium where you can sunbathe, have a drink or enjoy the view over the city. The flat also offers a nice balcony with a view equipped with a table and chairs. Unlimited Wi - Fi fibre internet access (the best).
