The flat is generously spread over three floors and, with three bedrooms and a bathroom, offers enough space for families or groups. A washing machine is available for your sole use in the property, while the tumble dryer in the building is shared. In the cooler months, a rustic fireplace provides cosy warmth and a cosy atmosphere. For culinary delights, you can use the fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, dishwasher and other amenities.
Outside, you will find a spacious terrace equipped with a charcoal barbecue, ideal for cosy evenings in the open air. The garden for communal use extends over a 4500 square metre plot and is home to a natural swimming pond, which invites you to refresh yourself on warm days. Pet owners will be pleased to hear that up to two medium-sized dogs are welcome to enjoy the long walks along the edge of the forest.
