It is placed near Leonidio between the beaches and the mountain villages at a distance of 18km from Mount Parnon and Leonidio city, on the way to Kyparissi. The beaches of Fokianos and Poulithra are a 15-minute drive away (12km). The high mountains touch the sea creating picturesque beaches. There is a cool and dry atmosphere, pleasant in the summer nights.

LANDSCAPE AND VEGETATION A forest area is around the property, covered with maple trees, oak, wild pistachio, almond trees, shrubs and aromatic plants such as oregano and thyme.
