Two-room flat with garden level, swimming pool, wifiThe two-room flat is located in a holiday flat residence just outside the hamlet of S.Tecla, a fishing village of Acireale. Situated in a quiet area away from the noise of the city, it is about 600 m from a bakery, tobacconist, grocery store, restaurant and the first access to the sea (rocky area). From 1 km to 2 km you will find different restaurants and pizzerias, post office, supermarket, butcher's shop, fishmonger's, pebble beach.
Two-room flat, garden level, consisting of a double bedroom (180x180cm), bathroom with shower, fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, dishes, etc.), sofa bed (1 place), terrace with table and chairs with partial sea view.
Swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols shared with other guests of the residence (subject to Covid-19 regulations and restrictions). Picnic area in the garden. Parking along the residence's private road.
