A very nice flat with a sea view in a detached holiday home, 70 m from the sea The detached holiday home is located in the picturesque village of Mandre on the island of Pag. The accommodation is ideal for families with children, couples and friends looking for recreation in a relaxed environment. Shopping facilities (including local fishermen), restaurants and bars are in the immediate vicinity and can be reached on foot. The sea can be reached in a minute on foot. As the holiday home is located in the parallel street of the beach promenade, our guests enjoy a breathtaking view of the crystal clear Adriatic Sea without any noise.
The holiday home is divided into three residential units with separate entrances, which can accommodate up to 17 people. The house can of course also be rented as a whole. The flat on the second floor consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a separate fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, hotplates, large fridge, etc.) and is therefore ideal for 8 people. The bedrooms each have a double bed, a wardrobe and a TV. Even from the bed you have a wonderful view of the sea. The stunning terrace (75 square metres) is furnished and invites you to relax and enjoy unforgettable sunsets. Air conditioning cools the room on hot days.
Behind the house there is a traditional stone barbecue, which contributes to quiet and enjoyable dinners with a marvellous panoramic view.
If you arrive by car, private parking spaces are available in front of the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Zrce beach, famous for its numerous beach clubs and lively nightlife, can be reached in 10 minutes by car. There you have the possibility of numerous leisure activities such as jet skiing, wakeboarding, flyboarding, etc. On request we are ready to provide you with mediation, tips and brochures. For example, it is possible to hire a boat and take a day trip to the uninhabited nature islands opposite. In our well-kept house, we attach great importance to cleanliness, complete equipment and good care, so that our guests feel comfortable and can experience an unforgettable holiday.
