Three modern holiday apartments near the beach with a shared terrace, in a quiet location in Zaton bay
This house with its three holiday apartments each for five people is in the little holiday locality of Zaton in the bay of the same name, two kilometres from the town of Nin. It is in a quiet district on a street with little traffic.
The modern apartments were built in 2013. Two are located on the ground floor of the house and are equipped for five people each. Both have a separate entrance. The third is on the upper floor and can accommodate four people.
The outdoor area consists of a shared terrace with garden furniture and a parasol, a barbecue for shared use with a roofed sitting area and an outdoor shower. There are parking spaces available on the enclosed site, which is also suitable for children.
The apartments have air conditioning, satellite TV and an Internet connection. Use of the washing machine once a week is free.
It is just 70 metres to the nearest beaches. Both the sandy and the pebbled beach lie away from noise and traffic. The natural mud layers by the sandy beach are good for the body, with natural healing properties, free for all. The nearest restaurant and the market are 900 metres from the house.
The apartment has 40 square meters and 10 square meters balcony, has a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV, WiFi Internet, air conditioning, for 1-4 people. Guests have at their disposal a fireplace (barbecue area), as well as outdoor shower and covered parking for vehicles use.
