This well-kept flat is located right in the centre of Playa de La Arena and is just a few metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. The spacious balcony offers great views of the sea and the seafront promenade.

A spacious balcony with a side sea view over the beach bars on the seafront promenade invites you to enjoy a meal or a refreshing drink outside with a table and four chairs. Public parking is available directly opposite the building and on the neighbouring side street.

Renovated in 2016, the approx. 48 m² flat is located on the 2nd floor of an apartment building and consists of a cosily furnished living room, a well-equipped kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. In the air-conditioned living room, you can relax on a pull-out three-seater sofa, which is also suitable for a third and fourth guest. Naturally, there is an LED TV with satellite TV and a TV cabinet. Next to it is the dining table, which is surrounded by four chairs and invites you to enjoy a meal together. Passing the dining area, you enter the integrated kitchen. This allows you to prepare your own meals using a large fridge, a four-zone ceramic hob, mini oven, microwave, extractor bonnet and the usual small electrical appliances such as a kettle, coffee machine and crockery.
