The flat is located on the ground floor of a historical building in the centre of Palermo.
The highlight of the flat is the coloured LED lighting that creates a pleasant atmosphere.
We have restyled the structure since January 2022, replacing the window frames with double-glazing with internal gas, in order to soundproof the structure and eliminate heat loss precisely to reduce environmental impact. The flat is furnished in perfect modern style, with careful attention to detail. The flat is ideal for those who want maximum comfort combined with an elegant and exclusive environment. The flat has a private bathroom with shower cabin equipped with every comfort for your relaxation, a kitchen with everything you need to make your stay comfortable and a bright bedroom furnished with a double bed (160x190 cm), an armchair bed (80x190 cm) and a single futon for a possible fourth guest. The kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and fridge with freezer. The flat is equipped with internet TV with glasses for watching 3D programmes and free Wi-Fi internet connection. In addition, but by arrangement, there is the possibility of adding a cot for a small guest in your party. Air conditioning (hot/cold) is located in the bedroom but can air-condition the entire flat. A modern and peaceful ambience will make your stay unforgettable.
Being located in the centre of Palermo, all services, restaurants and shops are nearby. A public car park is located near the central station, approx. 350 m away. A launderette is approx. 200 m away.
