The house is more than 60 years old and was recently restored. All rooms are located on one floor. Among them is a kitchen which, in addition to the basic equipment, also has a refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine and kettle. The cosy living room invites you to linger by the fireplace. There is a sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, a table and a small selection of books. The bathroom is tiled and has a shower, toilet and a decorative washbasin. There is also a hairdryer here. In the bedroom with double bed (150cm wide), wardrobe and bedside table, a cot can also be placed on request.
The house is particularly characterised by the materials used, such as natural stone and fine woods. Wireless Internet (WLAN) is available and can be used free of charge.
In front of the house there is a terrace with barbecue and wooden furniture. The flat roof terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol serves as an additional sun terrace. From there you also have a sea view. There is a parking space available.
A variety of restaurants, bars and shops are only a few minutes' drive away. Only 150 metres away there is a bus stop and from there you can reach other parts of the municipality every hour. The area is characterised by its quiet location. From here you can go on excursions directly. The promenade and the beautiful beaches are only five minutes away by car.
